At Punk.Snot.Dead. (PSD), we stand behind our products, artists, and events. This Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures for refunds, returns, and exchanges across merchandise, event tickets, and digital items.
Our goal is to make every fan’s experience fair and positive — if something’s off, contact us at info@snotdead.com and we’ll work to make it right.
1. Scope
This policy applies to purchases made directly through snotdead.com, including:

Official Punk.Snot.Dead. merchandise (apparel, accessories, collectibles, etc.)

Music products (digital downloads, physical media)

Tickets for events, shows, or appearances organized by PSD

Other digital or physical goods offered through our store
If your purchase was made via a third-party platform (e.g., Eventim, Dice, Bandcamp, Spotify, or a venue’s website), that vendor’s refund policy applies.
2. Merchandise (Physical Goods)
a. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if:

The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect; or

You received the wrong size or product (subject to availability).
We do not accept returns for:

Worn, washed, or altered apparel;

Sale or clearance items;

Limited edition or autographed merchandise;

Items returned without original tags or packaging.
b. Return Procedure

Email info@snotdead.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, photo of the item, and reason for return.

Our team will confirm eligibility and provide a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
c. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
If the item was a gift, we may issue store credit to the recipient.
3. Digital Products (Music, Downloads, Streams)
Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final once files or content have been downloaded or accessed.
If you experience a technical issue (e.g., corrupted file, download failure), contact us at info@snotdead.com within 7 days and we’ll resend or replace the file.
4. Event Tickets & Experiences
Ticket policies vary depending on the event and ticketing provider. The following general terms apply:
a. Refundable Situations

Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

Rescheduled Event: Tickets remain valid for the new date; refunds may be available upon request if you cannot attend.

Venue or Promoter Error: Refunds or exchanges may be issued if there’s a verified mistake in processing or seating.
b. Non-Refundable Situations

Change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or missed attendance.

Tickets purchased through unauthorized resellers or secondary markets.

Service fees and delivery charges (unless required by law).
Refunds for tickets sold through Eventim or other partners are subject to their terms and handled through their platforms.
5. Pre-Orders & Limited Editions
Pre-order items (music, merch, bundles) are charged at the time of purchase.
Refunds before shipment may be requested by contacting us at info@snotdead.com — cancellations after shipment are subject to Section 2.
6. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
If your order is lost or delayed by the carrier:

Please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We’ll coordinate with the carrier to trace or replace your shipment.

Once marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we cannot be responsible for stolen or misplaced packages — but we’ll assist as best we can.
7. Refund Processing Times
Once a refund is approved, please allow:

5–10 business days for processing by PSD; and

An additional 3–7 business days for your bank or payment provider to credit your account.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.
8. International Orders
For international customers (outside the U.S.):

Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are non-refundable.

Return shipping and customs clearance are the buyer’s responsibility.

PSD is not responsible for delays due to international customs inspections.
9. Statutory & Regional Rights
This policy does not override your rights under local law.
